NEA-New Mexico has been carefully
monitoring activities at the state policy level on redesigning high schools. These efforts had their policy beginnings with the passage of legislation in
2007. After the passage of the legislation the New Mexico Education
Partners, at the invitation of NEA-New Mexico, created a High School Task
Force that has been meeting and monitoring state level policy initiatives on
high school redesign.

policy initiatives.
